WHAT IS OUR EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY?
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.
- Exchanges will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that are shipped after the 7-day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition.
- Please note that for hygiene reasons, any type of underwear or socks cannot be returned and exchanged.
- If you wish to return the item, the above conditions apply for return items.
- We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Refunds will be eligible as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
- Exchange and Return are only applicable for UAE orders.
RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?
We are sorry that you received a faulty item!
Please contact customer support and provide photo evidence of the fault and we will work quickly to get this resolved for you.
All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 3 days of the delivery date.
EXCHANGES INFORMATION
We currently only offer CHARGED exchanges.
Exchange fee is 19AED.
*Please note it can take up to 5 days for us to process your return from the date we receive it.
